New Wellness Pavilion at Mount Saint Mary's University

The Michael A. Enright Wellness Pavilion is a modern,
two-story facility at Mount Saint Mary’s University’s Chalon Campus in West Los
Angeles. It is the campus’s first new construction in nearly 40 years and spans
36,000 square feet atop a 3.8-acre site with views of downtown LA, the Pacific
Ocean, and surrounding hills.
Developed as part of the university’s Wellness Movement, the Pavilion supports student health, recreation, and community connection. It includes a wellness hub, full-size gym, swimming pool, physical therapy lab, fitness studios, multi-purpose rooms, offices, and locker/shower facilities - along with outdoor gathering areas. The design uses glass and natural light to create open, connected spaces that support the Pavilion’s role in promoting wellness and community on campus.
We’re proud to have partnered with Mount Saint Mary’s University and LPA, Inc. on a project that reflects our shared commitment to shaping healthier, stronger futures for the university community.
