Overview
The project involves the adaptive reuse of a two-story historic masonry building totaling approximately 9,000 square feet above grade with an additional 2,500 square feet of basement space. It also includes approximately 8,000 square feet of new Type V construction featuring a high-volume event space, a multipurpose room, supporting restrooms, and a warming kitchen, all integrated with landscaped grounds and on-site parking.
