Cushman Watt Scout Center, bordering the Hollywood Freeway, includes a 23,000 s.f. ground-up office and training facility and a 23,000 s.f. parking structure. An elevated urban park, complete with mature pines, soccer skills field, twelve foot climbing wall and pavilion spans the upper deck of the parking structure with panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles.
