Assist the Vice President of Operations and Project Managers with the administrative and secretarial portions of their work. Provide general clerical support, documentation, checking and assistance in the office and field service areas of construction. Ability to administer several projects and work with different project managers at one time. Incumbent receives minimal guidance and supervision and must be able to prioritize assignments.
Educational and experience requirements include: High school education and experience sufficient to acquire equivalent capabilities. Working knowledge of general office procedures, construction terminology and documentation plus ability to type 40-50 WPM required. Working knowledge of different computer software programs including Microsoft Office, project management software and extensive working knowledge of database management. Good verbal and written communication skills plus an attention to detail are required.
